Introduction

1. Don't write too much in a message. However ensure all details have been included to achieve maximum marks.
2. The style should be informal and light. A few details of your own can be added if they are relevant.
3. As in all written questions, marks will be deducted for poor grammar. Try to 'show off' as much vocabulary as possible.
4. If the question is not laid out like a message, 10% will be deducted from the total marks.

Layout

1. Put the day and time in the top right hand corner e.g. Martes 17.00
2. Address the receiver of the message. e.g. María, Mamá y Papá
3. Put an appropriate ending on the message e.g. Hasta luego, Hasta esta tarda, Hasta Mañana
